LOS GATOS, CA--At a time when physical and spiritual wellness often seem unrelated, a unique "spiritual fitness workout" created by fitness expert Ron Kardashian, is sweeping the nation.  He is President & founder of a fitness company called Body Sculpting Personal Training and now in Ministry as Kingdom Conditioning Ministries.

Because Kardashian's "whole person" approach is so revolutionary and effective, he was requested to accompany internationally famous entertainer MC Hammer and his team of dancers on a relief crusade to India last year as their personal fitness guru.  Hammer sponsored the concert to help aid the victims of the devastating March 2001 earthquake. 

Although only 30 years old, Kardashian has over ten years of professional experience in strength, physical conditioning and body sculpting.  He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. The NSCA is the nations leaders of distinction in sports education and has been recently nominated by them for a second time as  "Personal Trainer of the Year." He is also a member of the International Association of Fitness Professionals.

Ron is quick to reference his favorite passage from the Bible regarding the importance of maintaining strong physical bodies--I Corinthians 6:19-20 "Don't you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God?  You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price.  So you must honor God with your body".  Because his clients achieve total wellness "from the inside out", Ron has become known as the  "Fitness Evangelist".  He doesn't believe that one can maintain total physical wellness without being spiritually in alignment.  "My work is founded on the belief that a healthy body is necessary for a healthy spirit, and vice-versa," Kardashian says.  

As reported in Spirituality & Health, Spring/Summer 1999 issue, people who experience a spiritual deepening as part of a weight loss and wellness program lose seven times more weight than people who do not experience such a deepening. 

For Kardashian, helping people achieve optimal wellness is a serious matter. "Yet it must begin within," He added.

"One out of every 3 adults is overweight, and the problem is getting worse," he states.  "Not only do those extra pounds pose a serious health threat, but they keep people from enjoying everyday pleasurable activities with friends and family."

Obesity among children is skyrocketing with an alarming 1 out of 3 children considered morbidly obese.  As a result, heart disease is becoming much more common among children.

"My job is to bring revelation in the arena of health and fitness with practical application creating a safe wellness program, as well as motivating people to stick with it because they will feel better and have fun at the same time," Kardashian commented. 

The results of his spirit-centered approach are incredible.  He has had clients lose 40 pounds in a month and 26 inches in their waist in 6 weeks.  He has helped asthmatics go from repeated hospitalizations to robust health. There have even been Miracles reported as he prays for clients:  Degenerative disk restored. Shingles evaporate. Pain ceasing, and recently a Pastor being healed of Hepatitis 'C'.  Of course, Kardashian insistently extends all glory to God for everyone and all of these results.

In addition to working with MC Hammer, Kardashian has been invited to share his extraordinary approach with a senator of the Philippine government, an African ambassador, and has been named the "KFAX radio health and fitness expert. KFAX radio is the northern California's largest Christian Radio station and talk show, of which Kardashian has become a radio personality.

Until recently, this inimitable "spiritual fitness workout" was only available on an individual basis to Silicon Valley CEO's, celebrities, entrepreneurs, clergy and professional athletes.  Due to an increasing demand for his program, Ron now offers the service to individuals from all walks of life.  On any given day, you'll find the "Fitness Evangelist" motivating clients on his weekly Television show, "Getting in Shape Gods Way", in his associate's local hometown or traveling the nations proclaiming the Kingdom Conditioning Ministry Gospel message,
